Dell Medical School

The project consists of a 240,000 SF research building and vivarium, a 200,000 SF medical office building (MOB), and significant roadway and utility infrastructure for the entire district. The Dell Medical School is the graduate medical school of The University of Texas at Austin. The school will open to the inaugural class of 50 students in the summer of 2016 as the newest of 18 colleges and schools on the UT Austin campus.
